When the developer decided to sell the condos as interval ownership, the affiliation with the exchange organization, Resort Condominiums International (RCI), was established, enabling owners to take advantage of other fine resorts throughout the world.
Weeks sold were conveyed by interval warranty deed and each owner pays an annual maintenance fee. Maintenance fees pay the Resort's operating expenses, taxes, and insurance, as well as the capital reserve account, or savings for the future, if you will.
Mount Washington Valley has a host of shopping and tourist attractions, as well as ski resorts and sporting events, to offer. Visit the Chamber of Commerce for other information on what to see or do in our beautiful area of New Hampshire.
