Construction & Sales at Crown Ridge Resort began in 1989. Originally planned to be year round homes tucked in the woods, the units were constructed with style, quality, comfort and with the enjoyment of the surrounding area in mind.

Built as pairs, some of the condos are free standing, like private homes. Enveloped in natural cedar siding and sporting unusual layouts, each unit is unique and offers privacy, luxury, and all the comforts of home. Accessible from ground level, each unit encompasses 2, 3 or 4 interior levels.

Because the condos were built in pairs, each half of the construction was assigned a "high" or "low" side designation. The completed resort consists of 20 condominiums, or 10 pairs. The first building, for example, is defined as 1H-1 and 1L-2, the second building is 2H-3 and 2L-4, and so forth. To simplify, the Resort uses the second number to define the unit.
